Welcome to Zanav ("Zanav," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zanav platform available at zanav.io, including all related services, features, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Zanav is a cloud-based boarding management platform designed for dog kennels and pet boarding facilities. The Service provides tools for managing bookings, client records, pet profiles, vaccination tracking, scheduling, invoicing, and communication with pet owners. Zanav is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessible via web browsers and, where available, mobile applications.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@zanav.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Zanav will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Zanav offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to the full functionality of the Service at no charge. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to client records, pet profiles, booking information, and uploaded files. Zanav does not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will never sell your data to third parties.
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Zanav a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Without limitation, you agree not to:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us at contact@zanav.io or through the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You will have a period of 30 days following termination to request an export of your data. After this 30-day period, we reserve the right to delete all of your User Content from our systems. We encourage you to export your data before terminating your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zanav and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Zanav has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Zanav's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Zanav for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
